In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir in the shredded chicken, cherries, almonds, peppers, onions, celery and parsley. Taste and season more if needed. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It tastes better as it sits.
