Ingredients
  

Chicken and Potatoes

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces can substitute with beef tips
  • 1.5 lb chopped red potatoes
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup shredded Parmesan cheese to be added at the end
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick spray then add all ingredients EXCEPT the shredded Parmesan cheese to the slow cooker and stir to mix well.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
  • Top with shredded Parmesan cheese. If you turn off the slow cooker and let it sit with the lid on, the cheese will melt in a few minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can change the protein to steak tips for variation. Adding a little Buffalo Wild Wings Parm Garlic sauce can give it an extra kick.
