Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or croissant dough
  • 2 pieces fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup peach jam or compote
  • 1–2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 piece egg (for egg wash) mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread peach jam and layer peach slices, sprinkling sugar and cinnamon if desired.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 8–10 rounds.
  • Place rounds spiral-side up in a muffin pan, brush with egg wash.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

These cruffins are best served warm and can be enjoyed fresh or stored for later.
