Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 large shrimp thawed, peeled, and deveined
  • ½ ripe avocado cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Stir-fry Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Thaw, peel and devein the shrimp. Remove tails and pat off any moisture.
  • Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix together mayonnaise and wasabi in a small bowl. Set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  • Add avocado pieces.
  • Stir in mayonnaise & wasabi mixture and coat well.
  • Add soy sauce and give it a final stir.
  • Serve over hot rice and enjoy.
